CANCELLATION POLICY - 24-HOURS NOTICE: is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. There is a full charge for late cancellations/no-shows when an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice. When booking appointments we require all patients to provide their credit card information. Our staff does not have access to your credit card information and your credit card will not be charged without verbal or written notification.

Chiropractic

Our chiropractic services are more than just adjustments. Registered Massage Therapy

Massage offers a variety of therapies, including deep tissue muscle massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial stretching, cupping, corrective exercises, sports massage, and lymphatic drainage. Expert clinicians assess the need for massage and additional management to reduce aches, enhance movement, prevent injuries, improve performance, and expedite healing.

Our Kinesiologist will design an exercise and/or rehab program focused on the fundamentals of health and fitness. Whether you are recovering from an injury or a competitor in sports, we will help you reach your goals. Your program may consist of strength training, aerobic conditioning, agility and balance, therapeutic stretches, and corrective exercises.

Ian has always enjoyed sports and the outdoors, so of course, injuries occurred. Ian found the most relief from Massage Therapy. This inspired him to become a massage therapist, and in 2019, Ian successfully completed the Registered Massage Therapy Program at Langara College.

Ian has experience treating athletes, seniors, pregnant people, and those who have been affected by motor vehicle accidents. He utilizes a wide range of techniques from myofascial release, trigger point therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques to help attain optimal health and recovery. Ian is continuously learning new massage therapy techniques and treatments to better educate and treat his patients.

Ahyoung Choi studied Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University and graduated from Central College in New Westminster to become a registered acupuncturist and TCM practitioner. Additionally, while working, she pursued her passion for learning and practicing manual osteopathy at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto.

Ahyoung has successfully treated a wide range of issues, including musculoskeletal pain, nerve conditions, as well as internal conditions such as IBS, stomach ulcers, cardiovascular issues, and women’s health issues, among others. She is trained in special manual osteopathic techniques such as joint mobilization and muscle energy techniques. She is also skilled in acupotomy. In addition, she performs Tuina to realign the body and employs cupping therapy to address soft tissue concerns.

Her overarching goal is to share her knowledge and skills, offering not only physical healing but also emotional support throughout her patients’ healing journeys.

WILL RETURN IN THE FALL 2024 - Stephanie completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, Australia, following completion of a Bachelor of General Studies with Kinesiology Minor at Simon Fraser University.

Involved in sports and recreation from an early age, Stephanie developed an interest in the science of human movement, leading to pursuit of studies in Physiotherapy.

While working in hospital for many years, Stephanie has had the opportunity to work in a variety of acute rehabilitation settings including, orthopedics, neurology, post-surgical, and general medicine. Combining active rehabilitation with a client-centred approach, she helps aid clients’ recovery.

Outside Physiotherapy, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new recreational activities, and is an avid tennis fan. She also likes trying out new places to dine around the city and is always on the lookout for new recommendations.

Timothy Fong is a Registered TCM Practitioner who is passionate in sharing his knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). He graduated from a TCM program in Vancouver and continued to learn and improve his skills from his grandparents who have been in the field for over 50 years in China and Canada.

Timothy is dedicated and attentive to his patients in tailoring personalized treatment plans incorporating acupuncture, fire cupping, tuina and herbs in order to achieve the patient’s goals in health. Being heavily involved in sports as a player, coach, and a sports trainer, Michael always has an enthusiastic attitude to the body’s movement and repair process which led him to pursue his studies in Physiotherapy.
